"LESSON PLAN"
"UNIT PLAN"
Unit plan is similar to the instructional plan. It also has an
objective, contents, skill, learning activities and a resources and materials. Unit
plans reflects long-range goals and are means of organizing various aspects of
the course of study and serves as a guide for developing a set of related daily
teaching plans and some educational activities. Your objectives can be
behavioral or non-behavioral. The content for your unit plan has includes the
three categories: it should have a knowledge, skills and values. Your skills
should be used a critical reading, skimming and scanning. The learning
activities that you will use, you can have an educational tour, or a debate in
the class, a research, reports, projects, experiment and examinations, and
games can also be used in learning activities. And in resources and materials,
you should determine what materials you are going to use before you start your
discussion.
"INSTRUCTIONAL PLAN"
As a teacher, you should know what discussion you are going
to be discussing to your students. So, before you start discussing a lesson to
them, you should make a plan so that they are able to learn after the semester
end. First is, you should have an instructional plan. This instructional
planning is a process begins with your objectives and defines strategies,
policies and detailed plan to achieve the desired results that you want to your
class. Including in your instructional plan is the contents and concepts from
the major ideas of the course. To make an effective instructional planning, your
plan should be based on knowledge of the general foals of the school. There
should be objectives from the course or the subject. You should determine the
student’s abilities, their aptitudes, needs and of course, their interest. The content
of your instructional plan to be included should be appropriate into which the
subject you are going to be discusses. You also add what techniques of
short-range instruction you will use in discussing your topic. Mostly the teachers
create an instructional plan before they teach, as a guide of their lesson. The
importance of the instructional planning provides an overview of instruction by
of presenting a clean total guide of a lesson for the day or entire year. The importance
there is your plan can provides a logical sequencing and pacing of lesson, can determine
the time and energy to be used, can provides an objectives. Also, it can create
an opportunity for more knowledge provide the necessary materials, resources
and activities, correlates instructional events, and of course this is a
preparation for the day’s activities for your learners.
"SOCIAL LEARNING"
There are many ways in learning different knowledge. We can
learn through our environment, through the people around us, through everything
which we are educated. Each of us can learn not because we attend all the
seminars, class sessions, symposiums or other activities that can give
knowledge, but we learn because we want it to learn. We have an ability to
learn in our own with or without the help of others. We can learn through a
different process that we encountered every day. We can learn by listen the
lecture from our teachers, parents, friends or classmate. We can learn by writing
that different knowledge that we want to learn. Or we can learn through
applying those learning in our self. We can also learn by observing some
people. Learning is can give us more knowledge, because through learning, for
the next time that we will encountered a same event, we can easily solved it
because we have already a knowledge for this kind of problem.
