There are different types in our learning. Sometimes we
learn by doing, by observing of others and by listen those experiences that
they have shared to us. As teachers to the learners, we must give an amount of
reinforcement for the learning of our student’s needs and abilities. The learners
self-concepts and beliefs about their abilities has a confident to them self’s
and are motivated properly by the teacher. If the students have self-confident
the teachers should give them opportunities for the meaningful and appropriate
practice of their experience. And also, you should give a positive feedback,
realistic praise and encouragement for motivating them in the teaching-learning
process. This process the cognitive learning is a learning of the learners
mentally and intellectually. Because when the brain is being learned, the
process is described as cognitive. We learn through our experiences. The information that we are gathered results
in modification of long-term memory. This responsibility in learning can
control and give diction of our brain in order to focus those experiences that
we have already learned.

Facilitating the Learners
Students learned not only by the teacher but also by the
experience that they have encounter. In a classroom were the students motivate themselves in order to be an active learning will be well managed by the teacher.
The learner can easily understand the knowledge that they have learned if the
environment where the teacher apply those knowledge to their mind was in a
pleasant atmosphere. The strategy that you will apply to your learner is depending
to the level of the student. Of course, the learner can easily understand and
determined that knowledge by giving them a clear idea and instruction. Or the
learner should be physiologically and psychologically ready and prepare to
respond those new experiences that they have learned. Also, learner needs to motivate
so that they will be active in any learning process that they are need to
experience on their own way. The best way that you will do to your learners is
to letting them practice or repeat what experience that they have learned so
that they can see and feel the real significance, meanings, implications and
application to life situation from their experience. By motivating them
properly, the learners will increase independence from adults and ever
increasing sense of responsibility. Remember that learning is the most
effective when the learners are motivated by goals which are intrinsic to the
learning activities and successful experience are important motivators. So there
will be a progressive happen to the learners after they are motivated by the
teacher.
Characteristics and Factors of Learning
Every student has different characteristics on how they learned.
Through our characters, we can determine what learning we were undergoing if
our learning is fundamental, interactive or developmental. Every time we learn,
it will interact through our stimulus. There is a growth and development of our
learning every time we encounter a different learning in our life. Also, there
are many factors that contribute to our learning. There is a motivation happen
so that we will become active in every experience that we have learned. There are
also positive transfers of learning if ever we learned learning from our past
learning. And we find some feedback or result of the knowledge that we have learn
so that we can determine if this learning that we have learned is important to
us. It is need also to study some techniques in order to improve the
performance of our learning. We need to organize
our self so that the learning that we have learned will become an effective
learning. By applying those characteristics and factors of our learning, we can
easily think every time we are encountering a new learning of our life. Or ever,
we can easily remember those experience if there is a similarity to our new
experience that we learned or recall the past experience that we have already
forget if ever we need it again.

"The condition of our Learning"
Our learning has no ends, means we can learn it through our everyday
experience. All the learning that we have experience was store into our minds
through our register sensory, run to short-term memory and then to our
long-term memory. Its learning that we have learned has characteristics and a
concept. Our learning should be meaningful, it can be related and understood,
of course, it can be organized by finding a connections to other information n
of our learning. Also, it can be elaborate, and has an ability and organization
of learner’s knowledge in every experience. As a teacher also, we can applied a
meaningful learning theory in a classroom. It should be, the learners remember
the information that we have provide to them, it should be familiarize and
again having a connections, comparison and illustration to their past
experience. We can forget the other experience that we have learned from the
past, but we can recall it through the other experience that we will be learned.

"Behavioral Theories of Learning"
The students can learn by their
environment, by their performance and by the reinforcement used by the teacher.
As a teacher, we should facilitate and assist our students so that the can
easily learned the topic that we have discussed to them. We can simply relate the activities that we do
with the experiences that we have. Through this, the learners can easily
develop their skills and enable to learn. Also, there should be a positive
approach that you have been apply to your students like, to practice their
behavior in learning, listen their perspective, considered their ideas . It is
important also to assist the learners. And, you can use the negative reinforcement
to the learners and by giving them a punishment if they break the rule in the
room. As a teacher also, you should avoid to have a favorite student in your
class. Avoid comparing each other and don’t focus on your learner’s
personality. For being a successful model to your learners, you should motivate
them properly, catch their attention, and control their own learning.

"LEARNING"
In our 2nd discussion, the reporter was Miss Aiza Entor. She reported
on how the learners can learn easily. Well, as a learner, I can learn more
through my experiences in our life. Of course, every time we discussed and
relate those discussions to our experiences we can understand it easily. It is
not only in experience of life, we can also learn through observation, attend
and listen a lecture and sometimes reading books. But also by an interaction of
the environment and also due to practice we can learn a different knowledge
that we want to learn. In every situation in our everyday life, there was a
learning process that we find out.
