"SEMINAR"

               A seminar contains a people having a meeting or conference in a seminar house or room. The seminar group is a deliberative body looking for the solution to the problem from the evidence based on reading, experiences and minds of its participants.  There are steps in preparing when you conduct a seminar. You should determine what complex seminar problem is. You should know how expert is the leader or the speaker is, because the best speaker can deliver the best knowledge to us. Then you should know how skillful the leader or speaker in guiding the people. When the speaker has knowledge and objectives about the topic in seminar, it gives more advantage to us. In having a seminar, we can encounter different problems, and there is a step to follow in solving that problem. First, identify the problem; you should know how to determine the entire problem. Second, gathering data; ask the member of the seminar to contribute a data in order to solve the problem after it was identify. Third, analyzing the date; analyze the data that you were gathered if it is fit to the problem to be solved. Fourth is formulating hypothesis. After analyzing the data is now a preparation to formulate the hypothesis within the problem. Then testing the data that you gathered into your problem then you can have already a conclusion.
